In the Roquette Research and Development Center and
pilot plants a variety of sophisticated equipment is
at hand which can simulate closely actual manufacturing
conditions : plate heat exchanger, scraped surface
heat exchanger, Jet cooker, vacuum cooker, resort steriliser,
continuous microwave oven, extrusion cooker, continuous
vacuum cooker, spray-dryer.
It is from this basis that Roquette
has developed many of the product and process improvements
that enable manufacturers to make higher quality products,
improve manufacturing processes and keep ahead of their customers'
needs.
Our customers' personnel are also welcome to use Roquette
facilities for new product developments or reformulations.
